Responsibilities
- Construct formwork and framing for concrete structures according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Install rebar and wire mesh to reinforce concrete as needed
- Collaborate with other departments and tradespeople to ensure project success
- Operate hand and power tools, and maintain them in good condition
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in framing carpentry, with a focus on formwork and concrete construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
